New political alliance to unseat Lenku emerges

Daggers are drawn among the political elites in Kajiado County with political pacts towards 2022 gubernatorial politics emerging with signs that the seat may attract the highest number of contestants and change the political landscape in Kajiado County.

When Governor Joseph ole Lenku took over office from his predecessor David Nkedianye in 2017, Jubilee Party supporters were optimistic with majority county leaders elected on Jubilee that the leaders will embrace a strong unity to serve residents but things seem to be falling apart.

A political rift is widening within the Jubilee Party in Kajiado County with foot soldiers who has been defending the party strongly thrown into disarray. Critics equate the simmering fallout with the biblical tower of Babel………………………….
