One family in Kiwanja ya Ndege area, Loitokitok Sub- county has urged the national and county government to intervene and help them fight illicit brew in their area.
The family is asking the office of the commissioner of both in Loitokitok and that of Kajiado County to come to their aid and destroy illicit brew apparatus which one of their sisters is using to make the liquor.
The family complained that since their sister was divorced by her husband the villagers have been having sleepless nights due to the illicit brew business she started.
The family said that that already over 5 people had died due to consumption of the illicit liquor.
